Tulare Avanza is a community economic ecosystem — operated by IncludUs Labs, rooted in Tulare, and built around the people who already live, work, and create here. This isn’t a program. It’s a movement.

We’re community-led, meaning our ambassadors, promotoras, and outreach coordinators are from Tulare, doing outreach by the community, not just to it. We’re systems-designed, connecting every program together so people, culture, data, governance, and infrastructure work as one. And we’re built to last, strengthening partnerships with health orgs, civic orgs, and regional anchors so this work isn’t dependent on any single contract or administration.

Tulare Avanza is a program of Includus Fund, a non-profit corporation dedicated to creating a more inclusive and equitable world by focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion projects that increase opportunities and access for all. We operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes in accordance with the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
